We carefully inspect our items before packing and shipping and take great care in sending your order to you in pristine condition. However, should damage occur during shipment you must notify us within 7 days of the shipping date for resolution of the issue. Ultimate Diecast Muscle Cars must receive any returned items within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization Number. Ultimate Diecast Muscle Cars cannot be responsible for return shipping charges. Due to the limited edition of the signed Yenko models, the exact model may not be available should a replacement be needed. Should this happen, we will work with you to resolve the issue. All returns must have prior authorization. To get a return authorization number, please call us at 757-377-0916 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time or email us at almarinc@verizon.net. Note: Most scratches and small blemishes generally can be removed by using any automotive wax. However, do not use automotive wax on the signatures of the Yenko models.
